Equipment: Stability Ball

Duration: 15 minutes

Do exercises in order one after the other for 30 seconds each. 5 sec prep time in between each one.  Move fast!

(30 sec. rest between rounds)

1.  Ball Crunches                                 1.  Alt. Leg, Alt. Arm ball hold Crunch

2.  Ball Oblique Crunches                 2.  Alt. Leg, Alt. Arm ball hold Crunch

3.  Ball Touches                                    3.  Transfer V-ups

4.  Windshield wipes                          4.  Ball ground hover bring-in/out
